Valley Oaks (VO) Chapter CDS

                                                Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order @ 7:34pm

Members/Guests Present

Suzanne Breen, Heidi Chote, Beverly Stevens, Kathie Sebastian, Donna Holmes, Michelle Pappone-Beedy, Cindy Luellen.           

Approval of Prior Minutes

Minutes from the last meeting were read.  Correction was made from “The 2010 CDS Championships…” to read “The 2009 CDS Championships…”  Motion to approve by Cindy Luellen.

Treasurer’s Report

Current balance as of  October 8^th, 2009 is $3,509.50.  Treasurer report approved by Bev Stevens, second by Cindy Luellen.

Old Business

Clinic Scholarship application—no news yet on this application as the Scholarship Committee has not met recently.

New Business

Clinic Details: as of today’s meeting we have 17 participants for Saturday’s lecture and 2 rider’s for Sunday.  A motion to continue with this clinic was made by Kathie Sebastian and second by Michelle Pappone-Beedy.

Domain Name issue: payment made to reimburse Cindy Luellen for the following: 2 years of domain name for “Valley Oaks” = $31.90, 1 year of hosting = $59.40.

Nominations made for Valley Oaks Officers for 2010 are as follows:

Michele Vaughn for Chair

Donna Holmes for Vice Chair

Michelle Pappone-Beedy for Treasurer

Cindy Luellen for Secretary

Ballots should be out by November 1^st.

Next meeting set for Thursday, Nov 19th @ 7:30pm, Fat Mike’s Pizza (Sheldon location).
