Meeting called to order @ 7:30pm

Approval of Prior Minutes

Minutes from the last meeting were read and approved by Michele Vaughn (1st) and Heidi Chote (2nd).

 

Treasurer’s Report

Balance as of Feb 19th, 2009 = $4,059.50

Treasurer report read & approved (Cyndi, Michele)

 

Old Business

CDS Annual Meeting: Kalli was not able to make the CDS Annual Meeting.

VO Schooling Show: tentative date: Sunday, June 7th @ Starr Vaughn Facility.  Michele and Cindy to check with CDS on some issues and to see if we have any ribbons from prior shows.

 

New Business

CDS Adult Am Clinic: a total of 5 people submitted their request to be placed into the “hat” for the drawing.  First name drawn to go is Michelle Pappone-Beedy.  Runner-up is Michelle Dodge.  The Clinic dates are April 23, 24 & 25 in Santa Rosa @ Lilo Fore’s place and the clinician is Jane Weatherwax.

 

Clinic Proposal: Sport Psychology Clinic with Seana Adamson is proposed for October 17th & 18th, location is “TBD”.  Suzanne will ask Seana Adamson for more details and report at the next meeting.  Her website is www.seanaadams.com  

 

The web master for Valley Oaks has $30.00 credit for use.  After discussion a motion was made (Michele V) to send the web master a $200.00 check to cover upcoming updates and changes.  Michelle Dodge has offered to do a newsletter for our web site.  Suzanne to forward the last meeting minutes to Cindy and she will forward to the web master to post to our web site.  Any changes or additions to the VO web site will go thru either Cindy or Michele V.  Do not go directly to the web master to post something on our web site.

 

Junior Championships: August 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th @ Rancho Murieta.  They need volunteers (scribe, ring steward etc).  Contact Mary Schraeder if you can help out.

 

CDI:  This show is also in need of volunteers.

 

CDS Plates:  Will probably be out in 1 week to the Chapters.

           

Next meeting set for March 19th @ 7:30pm at Fat Mike’s Pizza (Sheldon location).
