Meeting called to order @ 7:31pm

Members/Guests Present

Kathie Sebastian, Cindy Luellen, Beverly Stevens, Michele Dodge, Michelle Pappone-Beedy, Heidi Chote, Donna Holmes, Suzanne Breen, Jenny Breen, Michele Vaughn.

Approval of Prior Minutes

Minutes from the last meeting were read.  Motion to approve by Cindy Luellen, 2^nd by Michele Vaughn.

Treasurer’s Report

Deposit made of $500.00; Check written out for $500.00

Balance as of May 21st, 2009 = $3,859.50

Treasurer report read.  Motion to approve by Michele Vaughn, 2^nd by Kathie Sebastian.

Old Business

CDS Plates distributed at the meeting.

$500.00 donation was made to CDS North Jr. Champ Show (see treasurer report).

Reminder: Code of conduct forms need to be turned into CDS.

New Business

Need to find out costs of advertisement for CDS letters, ½ page ad & ¼ page ad for promotion of the “Seana” clinic.  The deadline is for the 5^th of August to get in the September issue of CDS letters.

Omnibus ad is due August 28^th for next year’s (2010) issue.

Possible Peggy Klump clinic for Sept, 2010??

Next meeting set for Thursday, June 25th @ 7:30pm at Fat Mike’s Pizza (Sheldon location).
